Mozambique.
I.
Services
SUIMO specialises in legal, administrative and business
services for companies and organisations conducting business in
Mozambique.
SUIMO
provides its clients with expert professional advice and assistance in
virtually every area of law affecting corporate clients. Our primary fields of practice are commercial law (incorporation of
companies, drafting of agreements), administrative law (business
licensing, investment authorisation), tax law, land law (land
registration services, title deed searches), work and resident permit
for foreigners and intellectual property law (registration of trade
marks and patents).
SUIMO acts as the Secretary General of the
Mozambican Land Surveyors Association. All Mozambican land surveyors
and land law specialists are organised in this Association to serve
the public with land matters. On behalf of the association we are in
close contact with all the governmental institutions, such as Dinageca,
dealing with land matters. We also work closely with all the sworn
land surveyors in Mozambique.
Our
administrative services department will assist you in dealing with
governmental officials in Mozambique on the national, provincial and
local level. We have been involved regularly in the set-up
and co-ordination of Task Forces to expedite bureaucratic processes in
the areas of licensing, land law and labor law on behalf of our
international clientele.
Our business services department provides you
with business data, assists in the identification of suitable
partners, assists you in tender procedures and establishes contacts
with the private sector and government.
